Our mission is to make hoteliers' work easier through next-generation hotel management software, digital solutions, and hotel kiosks.

We primarily serve forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia, with most customers in Malaysia and others in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Our sales principle is to assist customers in discovering their best options without forcing a purchase. We focus on selling solutions, not just products.

The indoor sales executive position is a remote B2B sales role. You will handle inbound leads—hotels seeking solutions—and also engage in outbound lead generation, cold-calling, and staying updated on industry developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally
  2. Make outbound calls to generate new leads
  3. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets
  5. Conduct online product demos and sales presentations
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with hotels and partners
  7. Keep updated with the latest trends in hospitality and tourism

Job Requirements:

  1. Computer literacy
  2. Good communication and presentation skills
  3. Passion for building a successful sales career
  4. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus
  5. Willingness to travel and own transportation (travel allowance provided)
  6. Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven

Salary Range:

RM 2,000 to RM 4,000 (excluding sales commissions). On average, our sales executives earn RM 1,400 in commissions monthly. Please specify your expected salary if you have over three years of relevant experience.
