Softinn is a hotel technology company.

Our mission is to make hoteliers' work easier through next-generation hotel management software, digital solutions, and hotel kiosks.

We primarily serve forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia, with most customers in Malaysia, and some in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Our sales principle is to assist customers in discovering their best options without forcing a purchase. We focus on selling solutions, not just products.

The indoor sales executive position is a B2B remote sales role. You will work with inbound leads—hotels seeking solutions—and also engage in outbound lead generation, cold-calling, and staying updated with industry developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Make outbound calls to generate new leads.
  3. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
  5. Conduct online product demos and sales presentations.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with hotels and partners.
  7. Stay updated on the latest hospitality and tourism trends.

Job Requirements:

  1. Computer literacy.
  2. Good communication and presentation skills.
  3. Passion for building a successful sales career.
  4. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel and own transportation (traveling allowance provided).
  6. Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven.

  1. Experience in a sales department.
  2. Familiarity with SaaS business models.
  3. Experience with HubSpot.

Salary Range:
