Responsible for coordinating with customers, suppliers, business associates and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery for the confirmed orders.
Responsible for external sourcing on the price list for the special items.
Responsible for drawing upon customer requirements using Cute CAD software before production cutting.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other sales team members and warehouse to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
