Job description
Overview

Responsible for coordinating with customers, suppliers, business associates and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery for the confirmed orders.

Responsible for external sourcing on the price list for the special items.

Responsible for drawing upon customer requirements using Cute CAD software before production cutting.

Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with other sales team members and warehouse to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customer on RFQs and confirmation of order.
  • Liaise with supplier for all purchased items.
  • Follow up with customers for the quotation sent.
  • Liaise with production to ensure smooth delivery for customers’ orders.
  • Report to Head of Sales / General Manager if notice an issue with quotation sent.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experienced in oil & gas industry or gaskets is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
  • Able to work independently with a fast-paced environment
  • Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus.
