About the role

We are seeking an experienced Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team at XINGUAN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer service. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone, email and in-person interactions

Handling inquiries, processing orders, and following up on customer requests in a timely and efficient manner

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using various office software applications
