Your Mission

  • Build and manage a high-performing global partner network (especially in India and SEA)
  • Win trust and close deals with agents, distributors, and B2B platforms
  • Drive partner growth with smart execution, clear communication, and commercial focus
  • Be the connectorbetween partners and our internal product, finance, and ops teams

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and onboard strategic channel partners across key international markets
  • Manage full partner lifecycle: from pitch to onboarding, activation, support, and expansion
  • Align partner operations with business goals, compliance policies, and local nuances
  • Track KPIs and ensure every partner relationship is performance-driven and sustainable
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve delivery or product issues
  • Bring ideas to improve workflows and unlock scale

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in payment channel and business development, or similar roles
  • Great communicator in English(bonus if you also speak Mandarin or Hindi)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you’re a relationship builder and natural closer
  • Fast learner, highly adaptable, and ready for ownership
  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or payments is a big plus
  • Willing to work outstation (Overseas)
  • Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and teams
