Job Overview

Job Summary: Develop and implement quality procedures and systems, monitor and develop supplier performance to ensure quality of incoming materials within QS and corporate guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supplier Management: Evaluate and audit new suppliers, monitor quality performance, implement annual audit plans, drive continuous improvement, verify corrective actions, and maintain supplier quality agreements.
  2. Supplier Engineering: Develop inspection instructions and criteria, provide training, review and approve FAA, submit monthly quality reports, and approve SSR and ECN.
  3. NCMR Handling: Manage non-conformance reports, coordinate RMA processes, initiate corrective actions, and support customer complaints related to incoming materials.
  4. RoHS Compliance: Implement RoHS policies, prepare feedback for hazardous substance surveys, and approve RoHS compliance in FAAR.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years of supplier management experience in the electronics industry.
