Job Description:
  • Provide autonomous engineering assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical queries, ensuring correct aircraft operation, recommending maintenance improvements, and understanding aircraft design within the specified timeframe and quality standards. May include on-site technical support for complex issues.
  • Analyze in-service events to assess impacts, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate follow-up with customer services.
  • Identify emerging issues affecting the fleet and customers; collaborate with fleet managers and central teams on corrective measures.
  • Manage communication with customers at various levels and contexts, including phone, in-person troubleshooting, and during airline events.
  • Support regional fleet management and deliver technical presentations during face-to-face customer meetings.
Technical Scope:
  • ATA 36 - Pneumatic / Bleed
  • ATA 21 - Air Conditioning
  • ATA 47 - Fuel Tank Inerting System (FTIS)
  • ATA 30 - Wing Anti-Ice (WAI)
  • Cabin Air Quality
  • Duct Repair

This role involves regular international travel, especially within Asia Pacific and Europe.
