Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an In-Process Quality Control Technician (IPQC) to perform outgoing quality checks on different products and to conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and functional tests according to the checkpoint checklist.

You will prepare, file and maintain inspection records, maintain test equipment and fixtures, and monitor crate activities to ensure proper crating that meets customer requirements, while supporting shift schedules and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Knowledgeable in conducting mechanical/electrical testing.
• At least 2 years of working experience in equipment manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Teamwork, commitment, willing to take new challenges, willing to learn.
• Calm and clear headed under urgent pressure and able to support shift schedule and Over Time.

Responsibilities

• Perform outgoing quality check on different products.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & functional test according to checklist requirement to ensure tools quality.
• Prepare, file and maintain Inspection records.
• Maintenance of test equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Conduct in-process inspection and audit during production build.
• Monitor crate activities to ensure good Crating which compliance to customer requirement.
• Other ad-hoc job as per assigned by supervisor.
