Job summary

SCM Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Inspector to perform in-process inspections and ensure product quality aligns with specifications. You will record results, update the quality database, and promptly report defects to the Production Leader/Supervisor.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of QA experience, familiarity with Smart Scope and CMM is a plus, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel is advantageous. The role involves maintaining inspection records and preparing daily quality reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing QA experience.
• Experience with in-process inspections and record keeping.
• Advantage: familiarity with Smart Scope and CMM.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections, visual checks, and measurements to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Record inspection results and update the quality database.
• Report defects, abnormalities, and rejected products immediately to the Production Leader/Supervisor.
• Segregate and sort good parts from rejected items.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and rework documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily quality reports to the Supervisor/Engineer.
