About the role

Exces Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled In House Technician to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As an In House Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently

Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks

Documenting all maintenance activities and providing detailed reports

Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and service delivery

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technician in a similar role

Strong technical skills and a good understanding of various equipment and systems
