Job Description

As an Impex Associate, you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance with standards, and support global initiatives for Trade and Customs enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer local import and export processes for commercial and NCG, including port to DC, cross-country DC moves, and cross-border shipments (both store and online).
• Prepare and administer customs clearance entries timely and support compliance with global rules, standards, and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs.
• Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs strategies, including shipment tracing, monitoring, freight invoicing, and reviewing.
• Communicate with state customs and other regulators on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate closely with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Impex Associate, you should have strong knowledge of import and export processes across all types of cross-border flows in the region. An agile mindset, positive attitude towards change, and the ability to collaborate and co-create with others are essential.

• Knowledge of relevant regional market environments and cross-border trade relationships.
