Qualifications

About the Team

Fragomen APAC Operations team provides global corporate immigration services and exceptional business support to clients around the world. Our team in Malaysia plays a vital role in helping clients meet their operational goals, especially in managing data, processes, and compliance with precision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end immigration process for the APAC region, from reviewing documents to final approval and client communication.
  • Prepare and draft immigration applications accurately and on time, ensure clients’ immigration needs are met.
  • Maintain client records in Fragomen’s systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Upload case documents and government decisions to our database.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on operational workflows, spotting opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when needed to protect the client experience.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time, while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow management and resource utilisation.

1–2 years of experience in immigration processing or shared services operations is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Confident with picking up ticketing or workflow systems.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and virtual) with the ability to work across cultures and build strong relationships.

A dependable team player who promotes teamwork and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
