Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a mechanical/electrical engineer to support production in a semiconductor environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the equipment engineering team to implement changes and troubleshoot machines while adhering to safety practices. A NITEC or diploma in engineering is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Comfortable to perform hands-on maintenance job inside a cleanroom.
• Entry-medium experience required, preferably in semiconductor industry.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the equipment engineering team on implementing new equipment change (Ex: Change Kit, Shield, Target) for PVD/CVD system.
• Support production by troubleshooting and repairing machines to minimize downtime.
• Ensured safe work practice by following proper procedures and using LOTO for circuit shutdowns.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports for serviceable and new parts, referring to CMM and SOP standards during Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (CM/PM) tasks.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering (focused on Electrical background first)
• First priority will be Team members with entry-medium experience in semiconductor industry however open for new hire with relevant background as well
• Comfortable to perform handson maintenance job inside cleanroom
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skill in operating computer
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and not shy in continue to learn and improve work quality
