Job Responsibility
  • Assist guests with planning and booking reservations and services
  • Guide customers on self-service tools and automated banking channels
  • Follow up with customers for transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when necessary
  • Understand customer needs, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Support the achievement of individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: SPM graduate or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (2 days off)
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Experience in banking or financial services customer support is a plus
  • Eager to learn and improve
