IM&S R&F Operational Junior Buyer (6 months contract) – Your future position?

As the IM&S R&F Operational Buyer, you will provide high-quality procurement services, ensuring that SLAs and service obligations are met. In this role, you will report to the R&F IM&S Team Lead.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Create, change, and follow-up on Purchase Orders based on requirements.
2. Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
3. Manage AP workflow related to price discrepancies.
4. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
5. Solve problems involving requisitions and purchase orders: check their quality, track the PO, follow up on approvals; create, modify, and monitor the PO based on requirements; create and update procurement master data (vendors).
6. Oversee the organization of internal processes, including documentation and collaboration with other areas.
7. Support the PSS service area by clarifying supplier and user inquiries, coordinating incident resolution, supporting ticket updates, and defining training strategies for users and new revenue applicants.
8. Contribute to process harmonization and communication improvements by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
9. Interact with users across different countries to clarify specifications, address their consumption needs, and resolve issues and complaints from users and vendors.

About you:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing). Additional languages are a plus.
• Available for a 6-month contract.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP is preferred.
