Job summary

Mondelēz International Malaysia in Penang invites interns to join our early careers program to support process and shop-floor improvements. You will work with engineers to drive productivity, digital transformation, and training initiatives across the Snack manufacturing area.

We seek graduates or soon-to-graduate engineers or food technologists with a passion for continuous improvement, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset in a fast-moving FMCG

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Technology.
• Strong passion for continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Process & Shop-Floor Improvement: Assist engineers in implementing continuous improvement, standardization, and quality routines across the Snack manufacturing area.
• Productivity & Workflow Projects: Support productivity and process optimization projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Digital Transformation & Communication: Drive the plant's digital journey by developing interactive educational content, onboarding assets, and training solutions to foster a connected and digitally fluent workforce.
• Training & Skill Matrix Support: Collaborate with teams to track skill matrices, support on-the-job training programs, and assist with qualification system developments.
