ISP Malaysia - Tenby International School Setia Ecohill is seeking a passionate IGCSE Art & Design & Technology teacher to deliver engaging lessons for Years 7–11 and prepare students for IGCSE. You will guide coursework, develop portfolios, and provide feedback to support strong academic outcomes.

As Form Tutor and member of the Art faculty, you will contribute to exhibitions, enrichment activities, and school life while upholding ISP safeguarding principles and a commitment to professional

Competenze

• A recognised teaching qualification and degree in Art, Design, Design & Technology or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Art and/or Design & Technology at secondary level, preferably with IGCSE/Cambridge curriculum experience.
• Strong knowledge of IGCSE Art & Design and/or Design & Technology curriculum, assessment requirements and coursework/portfolio development.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that support different abilities and encourage creativity, independent thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience in assessing and monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Good classroom management and the ability to create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment.
• Ability to organise art/design exhibitions, displays and enrichment activities to showcase student work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to the wider life of the school.

Mansioni

• Teaching, Learning and Assessment: oversee students’ work within Art and ensure learning experiences are appropriate and relevant.
• Develop and review learning experiences; keep abreast of curriculum developments.
• Contribute to schemes of work aligned with national requirements and school policy.
• Ensure regular assessment and progress records; celebrate pupil achievement with displays.
• Write profiles and progress reports by deadlines; support cross-curricular links.
• Support Head of Faculty in examinations and liaise with tutors/Heads to meet student needs.
• Form Tutor duties: support academic, personal and social development; maintain family engagement.
• Coordinate art exhibitions and student projects; uphold safeguarding and school values.
