ISP Malaysia’s Tenby International School Setia Ecohill seeks a passionate Primary teacher to drive progressive instruction and foster a dynamic classroom pace. The role involves leading engaging lessons, contributing to school life and extracurricular activities, and sustaining strong IGCSE results.

The successful candidate will participate in school development and community initiatives within an international setting, with commitment to safeguarding and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or PGCEi/PGDT or equivalent.
• Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Willing to participate in educational visits.
• Ability to assess language development and support language acquisition.
• Run one after-school activity each term.
• Be a patient, positive team player who adapts to change.
• Experience in international primary school settings is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
• Organize classroom and learning resources and create displays.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons for the full ability range.
• Motivate pupils with engaging, imaginative lessons.
• Maintain discipline and positive behaviour.
• Prepare and mark work to support pupil development.
• Provide feedback to parents at meetings.
• Coordinate curriculum activities within a specific area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver work.
• Plan and run a weekly after-school activity (CCA).
• Organise at least one whole-school event.
