Job Title: Finance Transformation Specialist - IFRS17 & Chart of Accounts (CoA)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Contract: 12 months (renewable)
Monthly Salary: Up to RM12,000

About the Role

We are looking for a transformation-focused finance professional to lead the IFRS17 retrofit and Chart of Accounts redesign across a global life insurance business. This role is part of a major finance transformation programme and requires strong system knowledge and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IFRS17 retrofit and global CoA structures.

• Act as SME across regional teams for CoA, IFRS17, and reporting.

• Translate finance requirements into functional system designs.

• Lead UAT, data mapping, and process rollout activities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in life insurance finance or accounting.

• Strong IFRS17 and Chart of Accounts transformation exposure.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, EDMCS, SmartView preferred.
