JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Head of ID Management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance existing Identity and Access Management (IAM), including but not limited to Identity Management, Identity Governance, Privilege ID Management and others.
- Drive automation of IAM processes.
- Participate in task forces for privilege ID onboarding and housekeeping.
- Conduct technical assessments and POCs on IAM tools and evaluate and recommend IAM solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting IAM issues and provide advisory services for new integrations and tools (e.g., M365 Entra ID, RBAC).
- Identify risks throughout business processes, systems, and platforms.
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards through periodic reviews and assessments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IAM projects.
- Oversee relationships with IAM vendors.
- Establish performance criteria and conduct business reviews to ensure expectations are met.
- Optimize price/performance of products and services through financial reviews and analyses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent qualification from accredited higher learning institutions.
- At least 7-9 years of Identity and Access Management operations and support.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work together in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience with the Identity Management, PAM solution, Active Directory, Linux, Iseries Apache/Tomcat and various Scripting.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and POCs.
- Advisory skills for new integrations and tools.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to see a task through from assignment to completion with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in information security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements, i.e. ISO/IEC 27001.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and BM.
- Willingness to learn and share any information.
- Experience in a banking environment is an added advantage.
