• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all electronic hiring processes.
• Handle HR administrative functions.
• Participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, career talks, etc.
• Support HR management regulations and related policies of business departments based on actual business needs.
• Use professional knowledge of the domain to coordinate related resources and carry out work in modules such as recruitment, competency and qualification, people-job matching, and organization management.
• Support organizational communication and improve department climate.
• Assist in talent management: support managers in planning talent structure, implementing talent strategies, building talent pools through learning and training, and coaching staff.
• Perform other routine HR operational support as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional knowledge in business or HR domains.
• Well-rounded knowledge of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Proactive work attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality, and influential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
