Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Maximo Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Maximo solutions. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment across modules like Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Procurement.This role requires expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Maximo, with a focus on system configuration, process optimization, and seamless integration

  • Maximo Implementation and Configuration all while leading and supporting the functional configuration and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions by translating client requirements into system configurations across modules such as Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement.
  • Provide functional support and guidance throughout deployment and post-deployment phases, including end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, system testing, UAT, and go-live support on IBM Maximo functionality and best practices.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify improvements using IBM Maximo, recommend process enhancements for efficiency and compliance, and support seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, IoT, CMMS), including data migration and conversion activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least one IBM Maximo certification (v7.6, v8.0, v9.0 – Functional Analyst, Administrator, or Deployment Professional).
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting IBM Maximo (Asset Mgmt, Work Mgmt, Inventory, Procurement, Reporting, Maximo Mobile).
  • Proven track record in Maximo project delivery, including business process mapping, version upgrades, system integration, and direct client engagement.
