Job summary

The Academic Coordinator (Secondary) will support the Secondary leadership team in maintaining academic excellence, curriculum implementation, and student achievement within the IB MYP/DP framework.

This role involves coordinating IB MYP/DP curriculum implementation, academic planning, assessment, reporting, mentoring teachers, monitoring student performance, timetable coordination, accreditation, and parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of IB MYP and/or DP curriculum.
• Coordinate academic planning, assessment, and reporting.
• Mentor Secondary teachers and promote best teaching practices.
• Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Assist in timetable coordination and academic planning.
• Support accreditation and compliance with IB standards.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
