Job Requirements

• Desirable Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of finance experience
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience in multicultural environments
• Familiarity with AkzoNobel O2C tools (e.g., SAP, FSCM, MFGpro, EBS)
• Experience collaborating as a business partner with management
• Experience executing standard processes
• Ability to set priorities and work independently
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end order to cash processes
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in sales or customer-focused roles
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Commercial focus with balanced decision-making
