Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Master Data Governance Associate to manage vendor, customer, material, and financial master data in SAP within a Hybrid work model.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, at least 1 year of data governance experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin to support China operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across finance, sales, and supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data governance or related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills for China support.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Master Data: gather documentation and maintain vendor data in SAP.
• Customer Master Data: create/update customer data in SAP and coordinate with Sales/CS.
• Material Master Data: maintain product descriptions, specs, and classifications.
• Financial Master Data: manage chart of accounts, cost centers, and FX rates.
