Job summary

NP Digital is seeking a Content Intern to support day-to-day content production and maintenance from its Kuala Lumpur office. You will help draft, edit, and refine content, ensuring brand voice and accuracy while working in hybrid AI + human workflows.

You’ll learn content planning, writing, and publishing processes, applying editorial standards to improve clarity and conversion, and gain exposure to AI tools and SEO basics. Malaysia residency is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in English-related studies.
• Interest in generative AI tools and ability to interact with AI for quality output.
• Strong command of written English with clear grammar and style; Malay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-assisted drafting and content outlines using AI tools.
• Refine AI-generated text into high-converting content with human touch.
• Follow brand tone and formatting guidelines to improve clarity and conversion.
• Proofread, edit for grammar, readability and consistency.
• Structure content with clear outlines and logical flow.
• Provide basic SEO support: headings, internal links and metadata drafts.
• Maintain simple content trackers and version logs to keep files organized.
