Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, part-qualified candidates and internship applicants are welcome.
• Strong interest in auditing, accounting standards and digital audit transformation.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage for serving Chinese-speaking/HK clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules using digital and cloud-based tools.
• Perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing and financial reporting standards.
• Use AI-assisted analytics and automated tools to support audit planning, testing and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain clear, organised audit working papers.
• Gather, assess and document audit evidence using modern audit techniques.
• Identify audit findings, accounting issues and internal control weaknesses for discussion with senior team members.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand operations and resolve audit queries.
• Assist with audit completion, financial statement review and other engagement-related matters.
• Support ad hoc professional assignments to broaden knowledge and experience.
