Job summary

AdrianYeo PLT is seeking a diligent candidate to support AI tools, automation, and AI workflows within a boutique accounting environment in Malaysia. You will manage SQL and leading accounting software for clients and staff, and assist with data migration, integration, and troubleshooting.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance/IT or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support AI tools, automation and AI workflows.
• Manage and support SQL, Xero, QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Provide software and basic IT support to staff and clients.
• Assist with system setup, data migration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting tasks.

• Collaborate with accountants, managers and IT vendors to implement technology solutions.

Support the firm and clients in using AI, accounting software and IT solutions to improve accounting efficiency, automation and digital workflows.Your role in accounting firm helps deploy, manage, and optimize artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows for financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support AI tools, automation and AI workflows
• Manage and support SQL, Xero, QuickBooks and other accounting software

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge and accounting software experience
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot or AI automation tools
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
• Willing to learn new technology and accounting systems
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
