Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.Support the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Ensure adherence to tax regulations and assist with tax submission processes.Work closely with teams such as product, engineering, and HR to streamline and align financial procedures.Participate in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.Analyze financial information to uncover trends and deliver practical recommendations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong analytical mindset, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred SkillsExperience working with ERP systems and financial integrations.Familiarity with international accounting standards and managing multi-entity financial operations.
