Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance
2. Tracking of ongoing maintenance job status
3. Site visits to ensure maintenance quality and safety
4. Planning & scheduling of maintenance jobs
5. Observations of any equipment faults during maintenance to be highlighted to customers

Troubleshooting

1. Attend emergency calls from DC customers during DLP/Contract period
2. Assess equipment issues and prepare root cause analysis reports
3. Supervise and coordinate repair works during DLP period
4. Manage critical spare parts stock balance for ex-stock provision
5. Issue warranty claims towards manufacturer/supplier

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prefer candidates with minimum 2 years experience in dealing with ACMV, Equipment Installation, etc.
• Prefer candidates with driving license
