Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Service Engineer in Puchong, Malaysia to inspect, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings. You will diagnose issues, advise on solutions and ensure efficient operation of water-cooled and air-cooled chillers. The role involves after-sales service, monitoring performance and delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical and HVAC is required.
- Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internship is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, components and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication; teamwork-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems for buildings.
- Diagnose issues, recommend solutions and ensure optimal efficiency.
- Connect chillers to Carrier Smart Service Platform and monitor performance.
- Write technical reports and attend to customer complaints promptly.
- Assist Service Manager with operations and EH&S responsibilities.
- Meet regional sales targets and oversee service sites and technicians.
- Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
