Carrier's HVAC Asia Pacific division is hiring a Service Engineer in Puchong, Malaysia. You will inspect, maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial buildings, focusing on water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.

You'll diagnose issues, prepare technical reports, and support sales and service targets while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC or equivalent, and fresh

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical and HVAC.
• Fresh graduates welcome or 1 year experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and components.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle after sales service and meet central region targets.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Connect chillers to Carrier Smart Service Platform and monitor performance.
• Prepare and write technical reports.
• Attend to customer complaints and provide prompt service.
• Assist Account Manager with operations.
• Carry out EH&S responsibilities and site inspections.
• Meet sales and GM targets for Central region.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Manage service sites and oversee maintenance on chillers.
• Monitor resources and coordinate with stakeholders on project requirements.
• Perform audits, record keeping and trend analysis for training and safety.
