- This position is reporting to Regional & Operation Manager. Primarily responsible to actively promoteChiller, precision air conditioner, VRF products & solutions through efficient marketing strategies, implementing & improving the product marketing activities, in order to achieve the company overall objectives.
- To seek opportunity to expand dealers’ network.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive in the refrigeration sector
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals, focusing on refrigeration solutions.
- To actively promote products through marketing activities, which includes presentation, seminar and training to Sales offices, distributors, dealers, consultants, and direct customers.
- To gain in-depth expertise on products range and able to promote product effectively.
- To develop and appoint potential dealers & long-term cooperation partners.
- To meet Quarterly and Yearly product sales target.
- To collect market information/requirement and conduct market feasibility study on the competitor’s product range against products and able to make comparison technically and commercially.
- To evaluate and conduct feasibility studies on developing new product for different market requirements.
- To assist sales department on their submission, presentation and product information.
- To develop products literature which includes sales sheet, catalogues, brochures and power point presentation.
- Any other duties assigned by the regional/operation manager.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge
- Coordinate with factory and service teams for successful project implementation
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and analyze performance metrics
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Candidate must have at least minimum5-year experiences in HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC and air conditioning system.
- Proactive with strong networking and communication skills.
- Able to conduct seminar and technical presentation independently.
- Able to work as a team leader to guide junior sales engineer.
- Experience in product development and management is an added advantage.
