Job description

Job Responsibility

Job Description :-

⢠To arrange project planning & implementation and all technician aspect, but not limited to preparation of progress report update.

⢠To instruct, team lead, supervise and monitor subcontractor to meet proposed schedule.

⢠To study drawings, specification compliance with design requirements and site conditions to understand project requirement & submission tender.

⢠Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.

⢠Liaise with consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers on all site technical matters, e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments etc.

⢠Liaise and attend site meeting with consultant team and subcontractors.

⢠To prepare material requisition for construction materials, to monitor machineries, wastage of construction materials by subcontractors.

⢠Ensure safety measures are implemented at site all time.

Job Requirements

Requirement :-

⢠Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

⢠Required Skill : AutoCAD & Microsoft Office

⢠Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

⢠At least 5 â 8 years of working experience in this position & site

⢠To work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties

⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

⢠Time management, leadership, decision-making skill
