Job summary

A leading company in Total Facility Management is seeking a qualified technician to manage operations and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Mechanical systems. The candidate should have a solid background in HVAC and possess a relevant certification or diploma. This role includes preventive maintenance tasks and immediate response to system failures, ensuring uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
• Senior Technicians with substantial experience may be considered for Supervisor/Team Leader roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance, and repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical systems.
• Immediately attend to, rectify, and escalate any breakdowns of systems or equipment.
• Perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance, and repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical systems.
• Immediately attend to, rectify, and escalate any breakdown or failure of systems or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
• Perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment, including visual inspections and data recording.
• Assist and execute preventive maintenance activities according to the schedule and tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
• Senior Technicians with substantial experience may be considered for Supervisor/Team Leader roles.
