Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the operation and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, including chilled and heating water systems. A strong understanding of building air handling units, pumps, and piping systems is essential.

This role requires the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HVAC system, operation, or a related field.
• Proficient in the concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVAC and building facilities systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks using sound judgment and experience.
• Knowledge of Facilities Management Systems (FMS), including controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Specialists with daily tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners to provide effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges in HVAC, chilled water, heating water, air handling, pump, and piping systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
