Responsible to handle the whole HR spectrum including recruitment, payroll, training and development, and employee performance programs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Handling employment contract management including contract renewal, cessation, and termination process.
  • Proper filing and documentation related to HR.
  • Handling EP & PLKS application and renewal, also keep the monitoring list up to date.
  • Submit PA 1/13 (arriving) and PA 2/13 (exit) Malaysia to labor office (JTK).
  • Disciplinary action such as verbal warning, warning letter, domestic inquiry.
  • Conducting induction training for new onboarding staff including creating awareness of company ISO.
  • Calculating employee wages including their basic salary, fixed allowance, backpay, and deduction. Ensure every data keyed in PO system is accurate.
  • Submit monthly payroll report and payment for statutory deduction report including EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB, HRD to HQ for final checking and grant approval to proceed salary release process.
  • Ensure the salary release process is completed in 7 days after salary cut-off.
  • Distribute monthly pay slips to employees.
  • Responsible to apply for income tax number from LHDN, also apply for SOSCO number from i-Assist portal and create e-filing by submitting CP 55 form.
  • Assist with tax clearance and tax refund.
  • Monitor vehicle operation form and calculate OT allowance for drivers.
  • Monitor and process staff leave applications, staff claims such as medical claims and outstation claims.
  • Prepare human resources demand forms and discuss the job requirements with the hiring department.
  • Job posting, sourcing, and reviewing resumes.
  • Arrange interviews and conduct interviews to hire suitable candidates.
  • Make job offers for candidates including salary package and employee benefits.
  • Handle the onboarding process including, but not limited to, onboarding documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, personal details forms, and pre-employment body check-ups.
  • Responsible for organizing the improvement and maintenance of the company's performance appraisal system, process, and forms.
  • Organize the annual target performance appraisal of employees, and use the performance appraisal results as the basis for employee compensation, promotion, rewards, and punishments, etc.
  • The head of the organization department conducts performance interviews and performance coaching for employees to improve their work performance.
  • Collect receipts, make payments, and process reimbursements in the finance system.
  • Monitor utility bills and arrange repairing facilities for the hostel.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling human resource-related matters.
