Understand job requirement and develop effective recruitment strategies for different departments.
Source candidates through job platforms, social media, and other recruitment channels
Review applications, conduct screenings, and arrange interviews
Coordinate the full recruitment process and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, career fairs, and employer branding
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Prior experience in recruitment (sales or internal hiring experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple open roles at the same time
Familiar with recruitment platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.
