Our client’s project is a well-established brand in the IT industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Human Resources Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract renewals, and exit processes.
  • Handle expatriate services (EP, DP, visa applications) and ensure compliance with MDEC, ESD, and government regulations.
  • Administer payroll, claims, leave management, and tax clearance for local and expatriate employees.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, memos, and employee communications.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Liaise with government bodies (HRDF, PERKESO, LHDN, etc.) for statutory compliance and HR programs.
  • Oversee medical insurance, office operations, vendor management, and audit documentation.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus hiring, and internal recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ HR generalist/operations experience, preferably with expatriate services exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour law, payroll, and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Fluent in Chinese is preferred to interact Chinese speaking counterpart
