Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all HR services, optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and maintaining compliance to create a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Oversee the efficient and timely processing of employee documentation, system access, and benefit enrolment.
- Monitor turnaround time for onboarding and offboarding processes and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance to data privacy.
- Manage exit processes including clearance, final documentation and benefit termination.
- Manage performance of third-party vendor (e.g TPAs, HR systems) including SLAs, contract renewal and service review.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, audit requirements and statutory regulations. Maintain updated policies and SOPs for HR Operations-related areas.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR functions (onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, etc.)
- Establish and monitor key HR operations metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of operations specialist to achieve and exceed goals by establishing accountabilities, clarifying performance expectations, and providing timely and relevant feedback.
- Ensure integrity of HR-related regulatory reporting that are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Support the development of Human Resources Department’s recovery plan, recovery planning process and the implementation of recovery plan.
- Ensure implementation of data policies, procedures and controls to safeguard any documents or information relating to the affairs or account of an employee of the company
Job Requirement
Minimum of 15 years human resources experience in the financial or professional services industries with at least 5 years in managerial capacity.
