Get to Know the Role
We’re seeking an HR Operations Manager to bring structure, digital capability, and consistency into our HR service delivery. Reporting to the HR Director, this role plays a central part in strengthening our HR foundation through building scalable frameworks, stabilising core processes, and mentoring the team. You’ll embed system thinking and champion the shift toward compliant, efficient, and people-focused HR practices.
