Job description

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, resignations, adjustments).
  • Generate and distribute payslips and annual EA forms.
  • Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.

Foreign Worker Management

  • Handle the full process of foreign worker recruitment (application, renewal, termination).
  • Liaise with government departments (JTK, Immigration, KDN, FWCMS, MyEG, etc.).
  • Manage documentation related to work permits, visas, and passport renewals.
  • Coordinate medical check-ups (FOMEMA) and insurance (SPIKPA).
  • Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other welfare-related matters for foreign workers.
  • Monitor expiry dates of permits, passports, and visas to ensure timely renewals.

HR Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records and filing system (physical and digital).
  • Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports as required (headcount, payroll summary, foreign worker status).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
