Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in human resources-related work.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee attendance and overtime records.
  • Prepare HR memoranda, letters, forms, and administrative procedures.
  • Handle employee disciplinary issues.
  • Prepare and process documents for government HR-related agencies.
  • Responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in various HR-related tasks.
  • Complete tasks as required by management.

Skills

Fluent in Mandarin, understanding of Malay and English

Knowledge of SQL Payroll or ECO Attendance System

  • 协助各人事相关工作。
  • 完成各项管理层所要求的任务。
工作地点与福利
