Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning

    • Friday: Morning
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM2,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Functions:

  • Provide comprehensive support in recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.

  • Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution.

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs; maintain training and development records.

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

Foreign Worker Management:

  • Handle foreign worker hostel administration, passport/work permit renewals, FOMEMA arrangements, and other welfare-related matters.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality in all HR databases.

  • Administer company vehicles, including insurance, road tax, service schedules, and cleaning.

  • Manage administrative needs such as office supplies, uniforms, lockers, and facilities.

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, suppliers, and guests.

  • Oversee contract renewals (e.g., hostels, expatriate housing, service vendors).

  • Support HR in ISO-related record keeping (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Events & Welfare:

  • Coordinate company events and staff welfare activities (e.g., annual dinners, staff meals, guest hospitality).

Other Duties:

  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR and administration.

  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and foreign worker regulations is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Possess a valid driving license (Class D) is a required for travel to hostels or vendor locations.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and support a positive work environment.

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
