A leading company in recruitment is seeking a Human Resources Officer / Assistant for a 3-6 months contract. Job Title: Human Resources Officer / Assistant
Employment Type: 3–6 months contract via PERSOLKELLY (Potential for renewal or permanent conversion)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: RM 2,000 – RM 4,500 (Based on experience and role fit)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for Human Resources talents to join our growing team. Depending on your background and experience, you may be placed in either a more senior or junior role within the HR department. These roles are essential in supporting day-to-day HR operations, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, and office administration.
For HR Officer (3–5 years experience):
Handle payroll processing, statutory submissions, and HR reports
Maintain accurate HR records in line with data privacy regulations
Manage employee insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits queries
Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers, and auditors
Support HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives
Provide frontline HR assistance and resolve staff inquiries professionally
For HR Assistant (Fresh grads welcome):
Assist in general HR and administrative duties (filing, correspondence, etc.)
Serve as the point of contact for basic employee queries
Handle incoming calls, mail, visitors, and general office support tasks
Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., parking, maintenance)
Support planning of company events (e.g., Family Day, Annual Dinner)
Assist in vehicle maintenance scheduling and office logistics
Education:
HR Officer: Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
HR Assistant: SPM or above (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
Languages:
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin or Tamil proficiency is an advantage
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with HR systems and payroll is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Responsible, proactive, and a good team player
