Job Summary:
- Availability to work on the following mornings: Monday to Friday
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and bonus letters
- Liaise with authorities like KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, MDEC, Immigration, etc.
- Handle employee records and filing systems
- Stay updated on employment laws and HR policies
- Manage payroll systems such as Autocount/SQL Payroll and prepare monthly payroll
- Maintain employee information and payroll records including allowances, salary increments, bonuses, overtime, etc.
- Assist with employee benefits such as leave, claims, insurance, and monitor benefits usage
- Handle foreign worker management, including visa applications, cancellations, and transfers
- Coordinate visa-related documents with expatriates and authorities
- Arrange accommodation for expatriates
- Liaise with training providers for employee development and training courses
- Assist in preparing quotations and sales orders
- Request purchase orders and invoices from the accounts team
- Manage and track invoices sent to clients
- Maintain and update purchase orders shared by clients
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, payroll, training, or foreign worker management is preferred
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- High integrity and confidentiality
