  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM3,200 per month

Rizal Trophy Sdn. Bhd., a fast-growing company in the trophy and medal industry, is now offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Human Resource Executive.

Location: Pudu Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00 a.m. – 6.15 p.m. (1 hour 15 mins break)

  • Friday break: 12.45 p.m. – 2.45 p.m. (2 hours)

  • Saturday: 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. (1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full hiring process – from job posting, interviews, offer letters to onboarding new staff

  • Keep employee records updated and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws

  • Process monthly payroll, including salary, claims, bonuses, and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS AND EA)

  • Monitor attendance, leave applications, lateness, and overall staff discipline

  • Track staff performance (KPI) and support in appraisals and training programs

  • Prepare HR documents such as warning letters, show cause letters, and memos

  • Assist in planning and running staff engagement activities and internal events

  • Support in organizing training, development programs, and HR briefings

  • Help new employees adapt to company culture and values

  • Coordinate with team leaders and management on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Human Resource roles

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office

  • Proactive, organized, and firm in handling HR matters
