Job summary:

    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all payroll process, overtime and allowances by project sites and HQ.

  2. Maintain accurate HR records, including employment contract, letter, attendance, leaves, claims, payment, advance, minutes meeting and employees details records for general workers and staff, and prepare reports as needed.

  3. Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.

  5. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

  6. Administration tasks including monthly meeting, company events, birthday events and so on.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction industry.

  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Prefer candidates who are available on short notice or can start immediately.
