Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
  • Expected salary: RM4,000 per month
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain company vehicle matters, including usage and servicing/repair arrangements
    • Handle daily administrative tasks such as office, equipment, utilities maintenance, and office supplies management
    • Assist in preparing scheduled reports and updating internal databases
    • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
    • Order and manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
    • Support Human Resources activities, including staff event preparation
    • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Supervisor
    Job Requirements:
    • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
    • Strong multi-tasking, self-discipline, negotiation, and time management skills
    • Flexible, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess common sense
