A leading electronics company is looking for an HR Operations Lead to oversee daily HR functions and enhance operational effectiveness. Job description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead & Stabilize HR Operations

  • Oversee daily HR operations with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure consistency across HR lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, while serving as a point of escalation for operational matters.

Build Scalable HR Frameworks

  • Design and implement SOPs, service SLAs, and workflow documentation that enable clarity, accountability, and structure to HR processes.

Drive HR Systems & Digitalization

  • Collaborate with the HRIT team to support change readiness, identify automation opportunities, and reduce reliance on ad-hoc tools.

Coach and Guide a Team

  • Coach and develop team capability and confidence through clear guidance and structured workflows.

Support Change, Governance & Policy Transformation

  • Drive operational change initiatives and act as a key contributor to HR policy reviews and rollouts.
  • Ensure practices are audit-ready and aligned with both local regulations and internal standards.
  • Contribute to succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion efforts through inclusive policies and operational practices.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support HR-wide initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and cross-functional HR projects.
  • Track and analyze operational metrics to identify service improvements and inform data-driven decisions.

Skills and Competencies Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-7 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable process frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws with hands-on experience using HRIS systems (preferably Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with a structured and proactive approach to operations.
  • Strong communicator and coach, able to influence change, support team capability, and operate in high-compliance, fast-paced environments.
